1. Can I get a free sample before order?

Of course! We understand that it is challenging to choose the right product for your next event or promotion. To help you decide which product is right for you we offer you free imprinted and non-imprinted samples.

2. How do I place an order?

It’s really simple and easy to make the order on promoglasses.com. Find the items you are interested in, click the “Send an Enquiry” or you can send the email to our sales team directly to sales@promoglasses.com. Our qualified team will contact you within 8 hours.

3. How can I pay for my order?

We accept various ways of payment methods.

4. What is your Standard Production time?

The estimated normal production time is 3-15business days after order placement. This time frame is also dependent upon the size of the order and/or the complexity of the artwork or decoration process employed.

5. How large will my logo/design be printed?

Due to the finite nature of imprint areas, promoglasses.com reserves the right to resize your artwork in order to fit the indicated imprint area of the item ordered; this is regardless of size of the submitted artwork. On the other hand, logo size specifications will be followed upon the request for a particular imprint size, provided that it does not exceed the maximum imprint size of the item ordered.

6. How do you ship my Item?

We recommend you shipping your items with the following methods: For the small quantity or small volume orders, we suggest shipping by Express as UPS, DHL or FedEx which offers door to door service; it takes 5-10days normally For medium order, we suggest shipping by air freight which takes 3-7days but you have to get the goods in local airport. For the large order in value or in volume, we suggest shipping by sea which takes about 20-30days, and it’s the most economical shipping way.

7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time is the combined duration of production PLUS the shipping time Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time. When placing your order you will be issued an estimated delivery date, which may change at the time of proof approval depending how long it takes to finalize your proof. To check your estimated delivery date you may log in to your account here. Typically our orders do arrive by the date provided, but due to the time requirements for the printing process, your order may arrive later than the originally estimated date.

8. What are set-up charges?

A set-up charge is applied to every personalized item. It covers setting up the plates for imprinting.


After the order

1. How can I find the status of my order?

You can track the progress of your order online. Shortly after placing your order, we send an e-mail with a username and password to login online and track the progress of your order. Simply navigate to the top right hand corner of our website under "Track Your Order”

2. I received more/less items than I was expecting what do I do?

We make every attempt to deliver the exact quantity ordered. However, due to manufacturing issues, all orders may be subject to a 1%-3% over-run or under-run. Please contact our customer service orderhelp@easypromotion.com for assistance

3. Can I change or cancel any order after I have placed it?

All changes must be made in writing within 24 hours upon receipt of the emailed confirmation. Once the order has left the sales department, we will be unable to change the order. We will not accept any order cancellation requests after the 24 hour period. There is a 5% cancellation fee if an order is cancelled. This rule applies to normal production orders only. There are NO cancellations for any rush orders.

4. What if I receive my order and I'm not happy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We work hard to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. If there was a problem with your order due to direct fault of easypromotion.com, we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. How do I place re-order?

Simply send the email to our Sales Team at sales@easypromotion.com and reference your previous order number. We will take care of the rest.

6. Do I need to pay the setup fee if I place a re-order?

If you order the exact same product with the exact same artwork and imprint color as your previous order, there is no setup fee anymore
